        So true…and they just love us unconditionally. Probably because we scratch and feed them, but we can pretend they just “get” us.

    I’m past my years dog-walking [and remember trying to get your kids to do it?] and taking the little critters to the vet–but I can appreciate a sweet mug. Thanks.

      Thanks so much! I’m lucky that my daughter thinks of the dog like a baby and takes really good care of him. But sometimes they are more expensive than raising actual kids.

      yes he’s a Lhasa Apso…just a bigger version of a Shih Tzu..and I can’t imagine life without him.
